What you get

• Upload wizard with automatic vehicle and ECU detection from the file (read tool, method, software number)
• Slave tools: Autotuner, Alientech KESS3 / KESSv2 / K-TAG, FLEX and bFlash files are decrypted and encrypted automatically
• Machine learning scripts: solutions you did once are delivered automatically next time – often within seconds
• AI ASSIST: hand over files you do not want to do yourself to our tuners with one click (admin credits)
• Automatic forwarding to us: on holiday, ill, no time or simply not in the mood? Switch on forwarding – new files go to our team fully automatically in the background and come back finished to your dealer. Also time-controlled via opening hours (e.g. at night and at weekends). Your dealers never notice.
• Chat per file, support tickets, notes for your dealers, news and e-mail campaigns
• Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Bank of Georgia – the money goes straight to your account

Optional modules (one-time)

• WinOLS module for your own database – €150: your WinOLS works the files automatically from your own database (needs a separate PC with WinOLS and the plugin OLS530)
• CVN / checksum fix module – €100: dealers correct checksums and CVN themselves
• DTC module – €100: dealers switch off DTCs themselves, plus automatic DTC switch-off in uploads

How it works

1. Order here: portal name, your domain, name and phone – logo optional
2. Right after the payment your portal is created – you get an e-mail with your login and the link to choose your password
3. Add one DNS entry (A record) at your domain provider – we show you the exact entry. SSL is automatic, until then your portal already works on a temporary address
4. Upload your logo, set your prices and payment providers – invite your dealers

Costs

• €45 = your first admin credit – it stays on your balance and starts your portal right away
• No installation fee, no monthly base fee
• Files you do yourself: only 0.1 admin credit (€4.50) per file
• You only pay what you use: admin credits for AI ASSIST files and modules (e.g. checksum, DTC) – see the price list in your admin area
• Minimum fee: 1 admin credit, only for calendar months in which your portal used no admin credits at all

Terms

• The order price includes your first admin credit – the portal is installed and activated with it
• Monthly minimum fee: if your portal uses no admin credits in a calendar month, 1 admin credit is charged at the beginning of the next month (first charge after the first full month)
• If your balance stays below 0 for 14 days, new uploads are paused – dealers can still log in and download their files; topping up re-activates the portal immediately. Nothing is deleted
• Admin credits and module fees are not refundable once the portal or module has been set up
• Modules are one-time fees per portal; usage-based prices (admin credits) apply as shown in your admin area and may change with 30 days' notice
• The WinOLS module requires your own WinOLS licence, a separate Windows PC that runs during business hours and the plugin OLS530 – we help you with the installation
• You are responsible for your dealers, your prices, your legal texts (imprint, privacy, terms) and the files you deliver
• Your domain stays at your provider – you only point it to our server
• You can stop using the portal at any time – there is no minimum term

Payment via PayPal, credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer (prepayment). Digital products such as subscriptions and credits are activated after receipt of payment.
